Privacy Statement for the website (Article 13 Legislative Decree no. 196/2003)

This statement describes the method of managing the website with reference to the processing of personal information of users who visit it and to the treatment of data transmitted by users through this site. The information provided is consistent to section 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 - Code regarding personal information protection for those who interact with the web services of ALBA MILAGRO International S.p.A. – P.IVA 11707620156 – Via Corridoni 19, 20015 Parabiago (MI) Italy, accessible by internet starting from the home page https://www.albamilagro.com of the official site.
This Policy does not apply to third-party online resources to which Alba Milagro’s website may link, where Alba Milagro S.p.A. does not control the content or the privacy practices of such resources. This statement also refers to Recommendation No. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered by the Group set up by art. 29 of Directive no. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to establish minimum requirements for collecting personal data on-line, and, in particular, the methods, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must supply to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the link. Since the collected data concern the performance of economic activities, no consent is required from D.Lgs.196/03 for the treatment thereof (art.24, I c, letter. D).

Location of information processing

The treatments related to the web services of this website take place at the aforementioned registered offices and head office in Parabiago (Milan), Via F. Corridoni n.14. The data will be processed by the owner and handled only by technical and administrative staff in charge of processing, or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations, depending on the purpose to be achieved based on the request of the person concerned. Terms of information treatment
